The Team

Sam Lettes is our service manager with an unwavering focus on customer service. He is a United Bicycle Institute certified Bicycle Technician; a USA Cycling Licensed Race Mechanic; and has received multiple Shimano Tec certifications and has a Bachelors in Classical Guitar Performance.

Miki Nishihata started the shop with determination to address the need for a bicycle shop in Beacon Hill.

Kory Callaway splits his time between being a bike messenger and fixing bikes. He brings his enthusiasm and his longtime passion for bicycles to the shop. He is a United Bicycle Institute graduate and can be seen all over Seattle on one of his many bicycles.

Magdalena has been working for eight years in bicycle shops all over the country. She was a 2016 Woman's Mechanic Scholarship recipient and a United Bicycle Institute certified Bicycle Technician. 


Our Philosophy

If you regularly ride a bike we want to support you in all adventures and endeavors. If you rarely or never ride we hope to encourage you by providing an accommodating and excellent customer experience in every visit. The founding principle of Hello Bicycle is to serve and support anyone with any amount of interest in riding a bicycle and make it a great time. We specialize in commuter bikes but offer a wide variety of items and services for any kind of ride.
