The Team: Sam Lettes is our trained and talented lead mechanic with an unwavering focus on customer service. Miki Nishihata started the shop with determination to address the need for a bicycle shop in Beacon Hill. Richard Luong assists in sales and service while studying hard for a career in occupational therapy. Eli Damm turns wrenches part time and brings a wealth of experience from work in other bicycle shops. And many friends and volunteers to whom we are very grateful! Our Philosophy: If you regularly ride a bike we want to support you in all adventures and endeavors. If you rarely or never ride we hope to encourage you by providing an accommodating and excellent customer experience in every visit.
